Under requirements of K.S.A. 65-34,117(c), as amended, records of the Office of Accounts and Reports show the unobligated balances are $5,119,751.65 in the Underground Petroleum Storage Tank Release Trust Fund and $6,535,249.81 in the Aboveground Petroleum Storage Tank Release Trust Fund at January 31, 2026.
