Request for Bids

Elk County, Kansas is currently seeking bidders for a road expansion project at the Elk County Industrial Park located northwest of Moline, Kansas. Interested bidders shall contact Ryan McCune with ASM Engineering Consultants at rmccune@asm4.com to request a bid package for the upcoming project. Bid packages will be transmitted via email within 1-2 business days of request.

The project consists of the following major items: Approximately 740 feet of new gravel road, drainage improvements, and all necessary civil/earthwork construction to build a suitable road per the construction documents.

A single contract shall be awarded from Elk County for the construction. Elk County reserves the right to reject any or all bids purely at their discretion. Bids are due electronically to Ryan McCune at rmccune@asm4.com by 12:00 p.m. (Central Time) Friday, February 27, 2026.
