Request for Qualifications
Notice is hereby given that Jackson Heights School District USD 335, located in Jackson County, Kansas, is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified general contracting firms for the following project:
- Project Name: USD 335 Jackson Heights School Additions
- Project Location: 12692 266th Rd., Holton, KS 66436
- Estimated Construction Cost: $4,500,000
The school district intends to utilize the Construction Manager at Risk (CMaR) project delivery method pursuant to K.S.A. 72-1155.
Interested firms may obtain Request for Qualification documents beginning on February 19, 2026, by contacting David Heit, AIA, NCARB at Civium Architecture & Planning, PA at david.heit@civiumarchitects.com or by phone at 785-220-8231.
Statements of Qualifications must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. Friday, March 6, 2025 by email to David Heit, or in the office of Civium Architects & Planning, PA. Late submissions will not be accepted.
The school district anticipates shortlisting three to five firms to advance to the Request for Proposals phase. Interviews will be conducted with shortlisted firms prior to final selection.
The school district reserves the right to reject any or all submissions and to waive informalities in the best interest of the school district.
