Notice of Intent to Sell Real Property

The Kansas Department of Administration intends to sell real property, the former Kansas Department of Health and Environment Lab campus including the main building, outbuildings, and surrounding land, which includes approximately 136,082 square feet in the main facility, sitting on a lot of approximately 34 acres, located at 6810 SE Dwight St., Topeka, KS 66620. A preview will be held onsite at 10:00 a.m. February 25, 2026. The state will auction this property onsite at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 4, 2026.
