Notice Concerning Kansas Environmental Use Controls Program

In accordance with K.S.A. 65-1,233, the Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) reports the following summary on behalf of the Environmental Use Controls Program for calendar year 2025. During this annual reporting period, KDHE approved nine environmental use control agreements pursuant to this act. The cumulative total for the program is 372 approved environmental use control agreements.
