Under requirements of K.S.A. 65-34,117(c), as amended, records of the Office of Accounts and Reports show the unobligated balances are $4,406,867.01 in the Underground Petroleum Storage Tank Release Trust Fund and $6,396,392.53 in the Aboveground Petroleum Storage Tank Release Trust Fund at December 31, 2025.
