Under requirements of K.S.A. 65-34,117(c), as amended, records of the Office of Accounts and Reports show the unobligated balances are $6,120,690.23 in the Underground Petroleum Storage Tank Release Trust Fund and $3,712,808.15 in the Aboveground Petroleum Storage Tank Release Trust Fund at October 31, 2024.
