Notice to Bidders

The City of Wichita, Kansas will receive bids electronically until 10:00 a.m. Friday, November 14, 2025, in the office of the Purchasing Manager, 455 N. Main, 12th Floor, Wichita, Kansas, for the bidding of Redbud Multi-Use Path, Woodlawn to K-96 (Phase 1) (KDOT Project No. 87N-0794-01/472-2023-085888/40110124) (MUNIS Code E4058). Proposals are to be submitted through the City’s Procurement Portal at https://wichita.gov/procurementportal. Plans and specifications for this project will be available October 10, 2025. Electronic plan sheets for this project will only be available in the ARC Document Solutions plan room for the City of Wichita projects at https://customer.e-arc.com/arcEOC/ARCPlanRoom.aspx. Other questions should be directed to the respective design engineer at 316-268-4505.

All bids received will thereafter be publicly opened, read aloud, and considered by the Board of Bids and Contracts. All work is to be done under the direction and supervision of the City Manager and according to plans and specifications on file in the office of the City Engineer. Bidders are required to enclose a bid bond in the amount of five per cent (5%) with each bid as a guarantee of good faith. The Wichita City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
