KANSAS ELECTORAL COLLEGE VOTERS TO MEET

TOPEKA – The Kansas members of the Electoral College will meet on Monday, December 14 to cast ballots for President and Vice President of the United States.

Date: Monday, December 14, 2020

Time: 12:00 p.m. (NOON) CST

Location: Kansas Statehouse, House of Representatives Chamber, Third Floor, West Wing

Notes: Due to COVID-19, this event has been moved from the Kansas Senate Chambers to the House of Representatives Chambers to allow for greater social distancing. This event is open to the public, members of the media and other interested parties. Those who wish to attend, in-person, are encouraged to adhere to COVID-19 safety protocols. The public may observe the meeting by sitting in the visitor’s gallery located on the upper, east side of the House chamber. The event will also be streamed online through the Kansas Legislature’s YouTube page and also through audio feed at www.kslegislature.org.

Visitors must enter through the Statehouse Visitors Center located on the ground floor, north side of the Statehouse. Please allow time to pass through Statehouse security.

Limited free parking is available on the first floor of the Kansas Statehouse Parking Garage (entrance on Eighth Street). Metered parking is also available on all four sides of the Kansas Statehouse.
