Welcome to the official website of the Kansas Secretary of State. I hope this website provides valuable information on the services our office provides to Kansas residents, voters, and business owners.
The Secretary of State’s office is one of four offices authorized by the Kansas Constitution. The duties of the office are defined by almost 1,000 state laws, with the primary responsibility for administering elections, collecting certain records of Kansas businesses, and publishing the official publications for the State of Kansas. Information about those services and duties can be found by navigating through the website or by contacting the office.
Thank you for the privilege of serving as your Kansas Secretary of State.
