In 2004, The Secretary of State's office completed an updated ADA Self-Evaluation. The evaluation was completed by staff with input from the Kansas ADA coordinator and various disability advocacy groups. In addition, the office created an ADA Compliance Plan and worked to meet these goals by the fall of 2006.
