Welcome to the Kansas Lobbyist Center. This electronic initiative provides lobbyists a place to register, pay fees, order official
badges and file periodic expenditure reports, which are maintained for public access.
Kansas lobbyists are required to register with our office if
they meet the qualifications
outlined by Kansas Statutes Annotated 46-222. For more information on the laws governing lobbying
activities in Kansas contact the Kansas Governmental Ethics Commission.
To take advantage of the online lobbyist center you must have Internet Explorer 5 (or higher) or Netscape 6 (or higher). Also, make sure you have Java enabled.
If you do not meet the browser requirements, both Internet Explorer (http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/default.mspx) and Netscape (http://channels.netscape.com/ns/browsers/default.jsp) offer free downloads of their internet browsers.
