THORNBURGH TO JOIN MIDWEST SECRETARIES OF STATE
TO ANNOUNCE EXPANDED MILITARY VOTING PROGRAM

KANSAS CITY, MO – Kansas Secretary of State Ron Thornburgh, joined by Secretary Robin Carnahan of Missouri, Secretary Michael Mauro of Iowa and Secretary John Gale of Nebraska, will discuss improvements to the overseas voting process at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, December 7, 2009 at the National World War I Museum in the Liberty Memorial, 100 West 26th Street, Kansas City, Missouri.
