TOPEKA, KS- Kansas Secretary of State Ron Thornburgh will testify before the Senate Committee on Elections and Local Government at 1:30 p.m. tomorrow in room 423-S of the Capitol building

Thornburgh will testify on the timing of the 2008 presidential primaries across the nation, as well as options for a primary in Kansas. He will be available for questions directly following the committee meeting.
