TOPEKA, KS- Kansas Secretary of State Ron Thornburgh will testify before the House Committee on Elections and Governmental Organization at 3:30 p.m. today in room 231-N of the Capitol building.

Thornburgh will testify on HB 2019, relating to satellite advance voting. Currently restricted to Johnson and Sedgwick counties, HB 2019 would make this option available in all 105 Kansas counties. Thornburgh will be available for questions directly following the committee meeting.
