THORNBURGH TO SWEAR-IN BILL GALE
SEDGWICK COUNTY ELECTION COMMISSIONER
Topeka, KS – Kansas Secretary of State Ron Thornburgh will officially
swear-in Bill Gale to the post of Sedgwick County election commissioner on Monday,
November 3, 2003, at 9:00 a.m. The ceremony will take place at the Sedgwick
County Election Offices, located at 510 North Main, #101 in Wichita, Kansas.
Gale will serve out the remainder of a four year term that is currently held
by Marilyn Chapman. Chapman is scheduled to retire October 31, 2003.
Bill Gale and Secretary of State Ron Thornburgh will be available to the media
following the swearing-in ceremony.
