SECRETARY OF STATE ANNOUNCES SUMMER INTERN
Topeka, KS - Kansas Secretary of State Ron Thornburgh announces Topeka resident
Eric Wright's participation in the office's 2003 Summer Intern Program. He is
the son of Lauri and George Wright. Eric attends Ohio University majoring in
photojournalism and plans on earning a degree in visual communications.
Each summer the Secretary of State appoints students to work in the office
by assisting in various projects and duties. These students gain valuable knowledge
and experience from their time working with the agency.
"The students are a great asset and their help in making our agency the
least complicated and most accessible in state government is greatly appreciated,"
Thornburgh said.
