| WHAT: | Midwest Election Officials Conference Featured topics will include the Florida 2000 election experience, counting ballots, voter outreach, recruiting and training local election board works and Congressmen Bob Ney (R-OH), author of the “Help America Vote Act of 2001” will give an overview of federal election reform issues.
