Flags & Legal Publications

State flags and law books can be ordered from the secretary of state’s office in several ways.

1. By mail, click on Flag Order Form or Legal Publication Order Form, print the form, fill it out and mail it with payment (including sales tax) to our office.
2. By phone, call (785) 296-4557, or
3. In person, come to our office at Memorial Hall, 1st Floor, 120 SW 10th Avenue, Topeka, KS 66612-1594.

Each method requires sales tax based on where the item will be delivered. Click here to look up the tax rate by address.

For flags only, there is now a fourth way to order. On the internet, click on Secretary of State’s Store and click on the item to be ordered.
