Training:

The state is attempting to gather information that will ease the burden of travel and time away from the office for county users to be appropriately trained. We are evaluating the possibility of providing a 2-3 day “basic” training course, followed by a 2 day “advanced” course. We would like your assistance with this evaluation.

Technical Information:

The ELVIS application requires a minimum software and hardware configuration in order to allow access and maintain security of all system data. Please provide information about how well your current workstation meet the ELVIS minimum requirements.


Workstation:

13. The ELVIS system requires the use of a color PC monitor with 1024 x 768 display and 256 color capability. Please indicate below how many of these workstations have or do not have this capability.

Scanning equipment and software (recommended):


To utilize scanning/imaging equipment with the ELVIS application, we recommend a scanner that a) is twain compliant, b) has the ability to scan at 300 dpi, c) has a SCSI LPT interface, and d) the ability to save documents in TIFF format. Batch scanning capability is optional.

Internet Connectivity
