The state is attempting to gather information that will ease the burden of travel and time away from the office for county users to be appropriately trained. We are evaluating the possibility of providing a 2-3 day “basic” training course, followed by a 2 day “advanced” course. We would like your assistance with this evaluation.
Imaging / Barcoding:
The ELVIS application requires a minimum software and hardware configuration in order to allow access and maintain security of all system data. Please provide information about how well your current workstation meet the ELVIS minimum requirements.
(The printers listed below are recommended for the ELVIS system, but this does not mean that the others will not work with ELVIS)
Scanning equipment and software (recommended):
To utilize scanning/imaging equipment with the ELVIS application, we recommend a scanner that a) is twain compliant, b) has the ability to scan at 300 dpi, c) has a SCSI LPT interface, and d) the ability to save documents in TIFF format. Batch scanning capability is optional.
Thank you for your continued assistance with the ELVIS project. Please press the Submit Survey button to submit your survey.
