Welcome to the Kansas Lobbyist Center. This electronic initiative provides lobbyists a place to register, pay fees, order official badges and file periodic expenditure reports, which are maintained for public access.

Kansas lobbyists are required to register with our office if they meet the  qualifications outlined by K.S.A. 46-222. For more information on the laws governing lobbying activities in Kansas contact the Kansas Governmental Ethics Commission.

This application is for electronic lobbyist registration, only. To complete this filing process, the payment must be made electronically by credit card or electronic check (ACH).
