A $20 fee per burial space (including mausoleum crypts or spaces, niches, and burial plots) will be assessed on all interment spaces sold. It is permissible for the cemetery to charge the fee to the customer.

Whenever the secretary of state field audits a cemetery, the cemetery shall be assessed expenses not to exceed $100 per diem.
