We are located in the heart of downtown Topeka in the beautifully renovated Memorial Hall. Public parking is available nearby. Our regular office hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
All employees of the Kansas Secretary of State's office are considered unclassified personnel. Unclassified positions are generally appointed by an elected official or cabinet officer and serve at the pleasure of the appointing official. These positions do not have the protection of the civil service system.
