Request for Qualifications

The City of Liberal, Kansas and City Bus are seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide architectural and engineering services for a transit facility. The new transit facility will include administrative offices, a meeting room, and covered vehicle parking. Funding for this project, in part, will come from a 5539 Bus and Bus Facilities grant, allocated by the U.S.D.O.T. Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and administered by the Kansas Department of Transportation (KDOT).

The Request for Qualifications will be issued May 15, 2024 with qualification due by 3:00 p.m. (Central Time) June 17, 2024.
